Cider Straight from the BarrelThe 2025 Skibin & Skibin ciders have been fermenting since November. Some have already been bottled, while the future extra brut is still maturing in the tank. We will taste and compare all versions, including the Petit Amer cuvée, which received excellent feedback at CiderWorld. We will also taste Norman ciders from our current collection and, for comparison, a cider of a completely different style from Italy.GASTRONOMIC PROGRAMME
Perfect PairingsEach tasting set is accompanied by a snack selected according to food-pairing principles. Cider is a gastronomic product.
Charcoal-Grilled LunchIn the middle of the day, we will serve a lunch of grilled poultry and vegetables with a special sauce.
Ending the Day with a SamovarHot tea from a traditional samovar.
ATMOSPHERE
A full day on the farm, outdoors. While you enjoy the ciders and good company, a dedicated team will keep the children entertained. Bring the whole family.
The event starts at 13:00. The programme runs until 18:00, but you are welcome to stay longer.
