Cider Club is a community of specialists and enthusiasts who renew and popularise the apple cider traditions in Slovenia. We provide an opportunity to taste a range of selected ciders that are not available in local shop. We show the diversity of the cider world.
Good ciders are comparable to superb wines and can accompany a fine dinner or a party. Let’s set off with ciders from Normandy, one of the main cider regions in the world. Other regions are on the way.

Cider Straight from the Barrel
The 2025 Skibin & Skibin ciders have been fermenting since November. Some have already been bottled, while the future extra brut is still maturing in the tank. We will taste and compare all versions, including the Petit Amer cuvée, which received excellent feedback at CiderWorld. We will also taste Norman ciders from our current collection and, for comparison, a cider of a completely different style from Italy.
GASTRONOMIC PROGRAMME
Perfect Pairings
Each tasting set is accompanied by a snack selected according to food-pairing principles. Cider is a gastronomic product.
Charcoal-Grilled Lunch
In the middle of the day, we will serve a lunch of grilled poultry and vegetables with a special sauce.
Ending the Day with a Samovar
Hot tea from a traditional samovar.
ATMOSPHERE
A full day on the farm, outdoors. While you enjoy the ciders and good company, a dedicated team will keep the children entertained. Bring the whole family.
The event starts at 13:00. The programme runs until 18:00, but you are welcome to stay longer.

Join us for a tasting of fine ciders. We will explore their differences, the influence of apple varieties, and how various processing techniques affect flavour. You'll also get a chance to taste Pommeau and Calvados.
The tasting will take place at our farm from 13:00 to 18:00 — and, of course, you’re welcome to linger longer. This open-air event includes food pairings and a meal: tasting bites (galettes, foie gras, terrines, cheeses, prosciutto, desserts), fire-roasted poultry, and vegetables. The menu may vary slightly depending on the availability of fresh ingredients.

Les Vergers da la Passion
The Cotentin in a few figures: France’s leading agricultural department, its contrasting territory is made up of 2,000 hectares of orchards and 330 kilometers of coastline. But it’s also — surprisingly — the one with the most trees, hence the famous Cotentin «bocage».
This is where Damien Ferey, a young farmer with a passion for his work, works on the family farm he has owned since 2010. Every day, he strives to bring to life the soul of this place inherited from his father and grandfather, where nature dictates its own rhythm.
Pierre Huet
Pierre Huet is a renowned family-owned cider house located in the heart of the Pays d'Auge region in Normandy, France. Established in 1865, it specializes in producing high-quality traditional Norman ciders, pommeau, and Calvados.
Using apples from their own orchards, Pierre Huet combines time-honored methods with modern expertise to create authentic and flavorful products. Visitors can enjoy guided tours and tastings, exploring the rich heritage and craftsmanship of Norman cider-making at Pierre Huet.
Clos Moulin
Clos Moulin is a family-run cider house located in the picturesque Cotentin region of Normandy, France. Renowned for producing traditional Norman cider, it offers a range of products including dry brut, sweet doux, pear cider (poiré), and apple brandy (calvados).
Using handpicked apples and natural fermentation methods, Clos Moulin ensures high-quality, authentic flavors. Visitors can enjoy tours and tastings, discovering the rich cultural and gastronomic heritage of Normandy.
Famille Dupont
The Famille Dupont Family estate consists of 30 hectares (74 acres) of orchards in Normandy, in the heart of the Pays d'Auge region. The estate produces ciders, pommeau and calvados.
Thanks to their qualities of elegance and authenticity, the ciders and calvados from the Domaine Dupont are nowadays appreciated in many countries world-wide. A very great majority of its production goes for export.
