Pommeau de Normandie boasts an incredibly fine balance of flavours. This is the result of a subtle combination of the deep aromas and flavours of Calvados and the freshness of apple juice.
It borrows from the delicate world of spirits: the atmosphere of a 'lounge club', the shades of copper, the warmth of a fire. It's as if you were still in the distillery, swinging in a glass, blown out by the flames. Full-bodied, without excess sugar, dreaming of nougatine, walnut tart and chocolate cake.
No need to add ice; best served chilled, as an aperitif or to open a moment of reflection.
